The movie is a futuristic sci-fi set in year 2898 about the tenth and final avatar of lord Vishnu, who fights to remove evilness off earth. Prabhas who currently awaits his next release, feature film Radhe Shyam in reporting has Baahubali fame Prabha lodged a complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell against an imposter posing as him on Facebook. The movie is produced by C.Vijay Shekar Reddy And Directed by Shakunthalam featuring actors such as Amitabh BachchanKamal HaasanDeepika PadukoneDishaPatani imprisoned acting among others.. Reportedly being the first part of a Kalki Cinematic Universe, it is said to be visually splendid.

In Vaishnava cosmology, He will appear as the ninth incarnation in a time when people have no virtues and are seized by materialism; to bring about the end of Kali Yuga (one of four periods that happen through endless cycles), he is descried. We are currently in the Kali Yuga cycle, referred to as The Age Of Darkness or Iron age.
